With the advanced 3CON IMG ESL, it is possible for the first time to use precise pre-cut blanks during the in-mould graining process as well as implement the individual handling and processing steps for the untextured foils with a single unit: from embossing and lamination onto the component to edge wrapping. The use of precise pre-cut blanks means maximum material savings.
