HOT STAMP RIVETING

The heating cartridges developed especially for the hot stamp riveting process heat the riveting stamp with only 165 W. After a short heating period, the riveting stamp plasticizes the rivet dome and rivet head downwards. The one-of-a-kind 3CON water cooling system cools the riveting stamp after the shaping process and ensures short cycle times, high strength and additional energy savings.
 
The following options are available as a system concept:

• For small applications, a free-standing riveting system without tool change 
• Free-standing FLEXXMAX MTP System with tool change and optional sliding table or turntable.
• Integrated into the FLEXXLINE MT Assembly Line
