EOL-Check

3CON’s EOL check allows entire parts to be inspected for specification, completeness and functional conformity. Apart from optical inspection by colour camera, electric measuring and surface scanning, we also use a brand new technology called the 3CON EOL Luminance method.

It is based on defining reference points, lines and curves and setting tolerances for each. A specially designed camera captures the luminance/grey scale values at these items and returns the associated images to the software 3CONnect for analysis. 3CONnect and the camera controller system analyse the images to check for correctness, presence and completeness of all items.

This comprehensive EOL check package entirely inspects all of the components for:

• Decor, surface and seam colours
• Presence and orientation of LED lamps (direct, indirect lighting), light gradient and illuminance
• Presence and orientation of components, illuminated components & switches
• Switch positions
• Electric contacts of the entire assembly including their actuation by all BUS systems

The process can be integrated into a freestanding system or into FLEXXLINES.
